Founded by its President, Mitch Kastner, K2 Business Solutions is a “hands-on” Business Development Consulting Firm concentrating on improving the overall performance of small to medium size companies.
Mitch brings over 40 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience to the table; having worked with several start-up businesses, retail operations, a multi-national corporation, an international distribution business, and in several manufacturing companies.
All of the services that K2 Business Solutions offers are a direct result of the firsthand experience that Mitch has accumulated throughout the years. A person of unchallenged integrity with a passion for life, business, and motivating others, Mitch brings enthusiasm, optimism, objectivity, and the experience necessary to help any professional or organization move up to the next level.

Company Philosophy
K2 Business Solutions’ business philosophy is quite simple: Our success is measured by the quality of Services and Products, and the overall Added-Value that we bring to our clients. We combine basic business principles with out-of-the-box thinking to bring maximum value to each client. We seek a “win-win-win” situation at all times, one where we treat each client with respect, and we view each situation on its own merit.
Once we have a clear understanding of our clients’ exact circumstances, that we can start to work on a mutually-agreeable plan that will focus on a specific set of objectives. If we feel that we cannot bring value to the table, we will communicate this, and do whatever we can to help our client find someone who can address their needs. Our goal is to ultimately become a “key” partner in our clients’ paths to success, bringing together the value of our own experiences and a strong network of contacts and associates that can address almost any situation required to get them there.
